Join Jenny Mills for our Soulful Sundays: Mindfulness & Meditation Sessions on the last Sunday of every month, and jumpstart your week with connection through meditation and discussion.
Jenny will guide us through meditation practices, 2-minute brain breaks, and partner activities where you will learn practical tools to manage everyday stress, increase feelings of well-being, and experience true tech-free human connection.

working with strong emotions
raising compassionate children
encouraging sound sleep
establishing boundaries with technology
Open to beginners and experienced meditators! If you would like, you may bring your own meditation cushion or other props. We have bolsters, blankets, yoga blocks, chairs and yoga mats at the studio for you to use. Wear comfortable clothing and you may want to bring a water bottle.

About the Instructor: Jenny Mills, M.Ed. is the founder of Roots & Wings, LLC whose mission is to make mindfulness accessible to teachers, youth, and families. Jenny has been practicing meditation and mindfulness since 2004, and is a lead facilitator of the Practice Community of Franklin Lakes. She has formally received the 5 Mindfulness Trainings in the Thich Nhat Hanh Tradition and has attended numerous silent retreats in California, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New York. Jenny is an adjunct faculty member of the University of Pennsylvania and currently teaches a course called Reenergizing School Communities Using Mindfulness-Based Strategies. In 2015, she published her first children’s book, Mindful Moments: Trevor’s Tale and in 2013 produced her first guided meditation CD.
