Yin Yoga is the practice of slowing down to allow our muscles to release and slowly stretch. It incorporates the principles of the Chinese Meridians to help heal and strengthen our bodies. A Yin practice complements a strong asana practice or can be perfect for those individuals wanting a gentle yoga practice. Yin is practiced on the floor and is recommended for individuals with some yoga experience.
