Meditation & Mandalas

Come join us at Kozy Yoga where we will set our intention during a guided meditation. Then we will each draw our own Mandala while still in a meditative state.  You will walk away with your very own hand drawn Mandala with a mat that is ready to frame. Please wear comfortable clothing. An ability to draw is NOT required, as there will be instruction. Please bring your imagination!

The meaning of Mandala comes from the ancient language of Sanskrit, meaning “Circle”. The Mandala has a concentric structure, and offers offer balancing visual elements, symbolizing unity and harmony. The meaning of individual Mandalas is usually different and unique. The goal of the Mandala is to serve as a tool on our spiritual journey.
