Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep. 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra provides you with deep rest that equals 3 hours of deep sleep. Yoga Nidra also improves your overall health and improves anxiety, depression and many other physical and psychological ailments. This is a guided meditation that is done in a reclining position; no prior experience is necessary.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat (if you have one). If you don’t have one, you can borrow one of ours.
